How many watches do you travel with?
I'm curious how many of you travel with more than one watch? Heading off to San Fran and Napa Valley for a week in the spring with my wife, and I am tempted to bring both Rolexes with me. GMT for excursions during the day and DateJust for dinner is my thought.
What do the rest of you TRF'ers do?

the only concern I would have about bring more than one would be thieves
with 1 it can stay on the wrist but if that is not a credible concern then I say you have a good plan with the GMT and DJ

Depends on the destination, but usually take 2 to 3 watches.

One watch. I usually bring camera equipment and other electronics along, so I don't want to worry about looking after an extra watch.

My SD or PO on my wrist and a Pathfinder or Suunto for running, exercising and stuff.
So two and only if the stay is longer than a week, otherwise just one. |

I wouldn't worry about Napa, there are some dubious areas of San Francisco, but most tourists don't go there......bring both watches.

Usually I travel with just 1. Would rather not have to think about it - usually I'll take my Breitling Chronomat Evolution -- it'll TT so it goes with everything. I've traveled recently with my DDII, but it was for a business trip so I took it for the reason. |

2 during a recent trip to DC, and bought another while there. Did make me a little nervous though given they were a new Daytona, YM Blue, and bought a 16610LV = $30K. During my next trip to the Caribbean, I may bring none, as I always worry about security in a foreign land. The other thing is that the watches are still new enough that I don't want them to get saturated in lotion, sand, and salt water...but that is just the OCD in me talking. Actually searching for a good tool watch now.

Just one.....my Patek Aquanaut 5167. It is the perfect travel watch - good to go for any occasion. Plus, the look of it seldom draws any unwanted or threatening attention in the less desirable locations.

One maybe two at most. A nice one for daily wear, and my Luminox for when dark. I have been using it instead of an alarm clock for years. Lucky for me I never need an alarm to get up and be on time.
