skd. a or b or wait?

Hi everyone.. I had a rare privilage to tried on both the YG and RG but not the WG yet due to lack of stock. Personally, I cant decide till I see the WG version. I didn't really like the skd till they are on my wrist. These are amazing watches. Love the details and the functions.. Functions that I can use everyday. Anyway, check out the pics below and let me know what you think.

A.

B.

C. Wait for the WG?

P/s those who have doubts on whether is the skd are indeed worth the extra over the dd2, seriously, these watches have to be handled to be truly appreciated. IMHO don't put it off just yet, give it a try and you might be hooked. jen

Well I think you're going to end up waiting for the WG anyway...

... you didn't think it was too big?

I saw the Sky Dweller on Thursday, a marvellous piece. I personally think you should get a 36 DD, much more classic size.

Don't even bother looking at the white gold version. The rose gold is very nice and I think you should choose door number A.

Great looking watches. While you can't go wrong with YG, WG, or RG, there's something about the RG that just pops, for lack of a better word. On the Sky Dweller, I think the RG has more of a classic, yet distinctive look than the YG or the WG. And it compliments the dial better. So, I'd go with option A.

Good luck with your choice. Keep us posted.

Wait until the WG version comes out and try all three of them on and see which one screams at you.
That's a lot of coin to have regrets...

I am yet to warm to the Sky Dweller in pictures or in real life.

From your pics, if forced to choose, I think the YG model looks better on you.

As others have said, wait to try on the WG.

Sky Dweller doesn't attract me but from the two pics you posted the RG looks better although it does seem oversize for your wrist. Full YG fluted bezel style suits DD much better without the distraction from Sky dweller's while circular sub dial.

I would wait to see all three and then make a choice. If you don't then I don't think you are making an informed decision, unless you are clear that you want the YG or RG.

The yg looks best on you IMO. They both look a bit large for your wrist, but if they're comfortable while on who cares what I think

No offence meant Jennifer, but it looks like the Sky Dweller is wearing you.

Imo you'd be better off long term with a Day Date, and YG seems to contrast better with your skin tone than RG. The WG would look rather bland in comparisome to the YG and RG imo.

Best of luck with whatever you decide, as long as your happy in the end is all that matters.

I would wait to see if Rolex launches SKD Rose with bracelet. It comes with bracelet in WG and YG but only on strap in Rose. I am honestly waiting myself to see if perhaps Rolex introduces that at Basel this year. SKD is gorgeous in Rose tone and will look striking with an all RG bracelet. But if you can't wait, I'd do the WG.

IMO - the YG is too much gold.

I'd choose the RG without question!

The Sky Dweller is way too big for your wrist.
Choose something smaller.

I'm tend to like WG more but in the Skydweller it's not my favorite. Go RG!

Awesome! Chocolate or WG for me. The dial on the YG is just too loud.

I'd be surprised if they came out with a new bracelet 1 year after the 1st release. Do you really think this is a possibility?

What, they didn't have this one in stock for you to try on?

I'm sorry Jenn but I wouldn't chose either. It's your preogative to wear what you like and as long as your happy, that's what's important.

Since you asked for opinions even though you didn't ask about size, if I was standing in the store and you asked me which model looked good, I would tell you it is too big and to find something a wee bit smaller.

Do you think this looks good?

Good luck with whatever you choose.
