Submersible 00024

Hi folks, I m a Submariner man with no knowledge of the Panerai range and thinking of getting a used Pam 00024 - is there anything I should know good or bad about this model ?- I love the look of it and hoping to get it for around £2.5k in UK.. Any details much appreciated!

It was my first pam and I actually miss it. Especially when I see others pictures of it on nice straps. It really stands out. I'd get it again if money allowed.

I have one ( my first Pam) and love it. I feel that is the most versatile Sub Panerai makes as far as it being a rugged tool watch that you could also dress up with a nice strap because of its polished case. She's a beauty of a watch for sure. Just put her on a NATO here.

I've got a 25, titanium, which I love. I prefer the brushed gray case to the polished 25. I also like the lighter weight. An interesting weight comparison- the 25 w/ aftermarket strap weighed almost exactly the same- 128g- as my GMT Master II on bracelet.
