Hello! Brand new member and owner.

Hello every one. I am a proud new owner of an M serial SS Sub and wanted to show it off with the laser engraving around the rehaut. This is a great site that has helped me make a very educated purchase. Thanks

Thanks for all of the kind words. I am still having a hard time getting used to seeing it on my wrist. After 15 long years of lust, I finially got one.

A couple of quick questions.

Do I need to do anything special to "break it in"?

Did Rolex replace the perforated serial number papers with the credit card for the M serial numbers?

You waited about as long as I did to finally pull the trigger on my 1st. It was a SS Sub, too. Feels good to wait and work hard for something and then get it. A real sense of accomplishment. Congrats.

Congratulations on a beautiful watch!

Break-in procedure is as follows:
Raise arm and say, "Hey, look at my new watch!" This will help exercise the rotor.

Both of my Z-series watches have the credit card for warranty.

Enjoy!
