Basel intros

I assumed first release would be sept but I saw on another forum they have started to come out. Is this true? Seems really early.

The new GMT is no more than a new bezel, dial, and hand. So Rolex can leverage existing inventory of std GMTs for the "new" model. Ergo, released much sooner.

Egads! I'd have to disavow precious metal watches and intone that all Rolex movements are basically the same. Peter!
