I NEED HELP. New Rolex Owner

Dear All,

I just bought a brand new rolex submariner 114060 and I removed the bracelet to check the serial number.

I was a little shock to see that there's no serial number engraved on the 6 o'clock position between the lugs. It just wrote there STAINLESS STEEL. Could this be a fake or am I missing something? I'm really worried now.

I'll attached herewith a photo of it.

Hey,

The serial number is not engraved between the lugs anymore, but located on the rehaut (inner ring next to the dial..)

No worries, as mentioned they moved the serial number to the rehaut. Congrats!

With the Rolex serials today there was a time-frame when serials were located in both places lugs and rehaut.. Eventually they all are now located only on the rehaut, now VXXXXXX serial watches could have both, but anything like the GXXXXXX or so called randoms total 8 digits will be rehaut only.
