Guys,

Thinking about getting a 15300 but Im afraid that it will not feel as comfy as my 40mm sports rolex watches that I own.

I guess the thin profile and relatively large size of the watch will make it "dig in to the wrist".

How would 15300 owners compare the feel and fit of the watch compared to a, for example, Rolex Sub?

I have sub 14060m which i really love but my 15300 is just so comfy its incomparable to any other watch i own and looks / well make your own mind up

Both are very comfortable but being lighter the edge IMO goes to AP.

I no longer have my 15300 but the wear was comparable to a 16570 Rolex I once owned.

Light and very comfortable, as well as comparable in size.

Daytona owner here, AP is lighter and more comfortable. Since it doesnt have micro adjustments, you may need to get the 1.5 link which allows a better fit.

1. Daytona by a hair

2. 15300

3. 16760

All comfy though - more a after of degrees...

My 15400 is probably the most comfortable watch that I own. It has a low center of gravity, great balance on the wrist and reasonably light weight. I highly recommend the RO.

15300 is more comfortable than any of my 3 sport rolexes, but i wouldn't wear it for sport. It's a very finely finished piece and far more scratch prone than a Rolex.

I just picked up a 15300. I have to agree. The low center of gravity does it. I have a Daytona and a Sea-Dweller. Both feel like they sit up higher and move around more on my wrist. 15300 wins in terms of comfort.

thickness of the 15400 & 15300 are 9.8mm and 9.4mm respectively. anyone knows the thickness of the Sub or GMT Iic? can't seems to find them on rolex site

I wouldn't say it's more comfortable than Rolex sport watches. 15400's large flat case back surface sticks to my arm very easily, not very comfortable on warm days. Rolex might be more comfortable as they don't stick as much.

I would say it's the same comfort with both of my 15300 and daytona. but the 15300 sits flat on my wrist compared to the daytona

Does anyone know the lug to lug (vertical height) measurement of the 15300 and 15400? On the sub it's about 48mm. Wondering if it's similar or hopefully smaller.
Small wrist here.

A 39mm 15300st wears slightly larger in diameter but thinner than a 40mm 14060 submariner.

Overall the 15300 is more comfortable than a sub, but the bracelet has a lack of micro adjustment so it may be difficult to get the fit 'perfect' for some people. You can however purchase a 1.5 link which helps to improve fit.
