2005 SS Daytona or The Hulk

Trying to decide which one would be a better value over the years. Let me know what you guys think.

You'll probably lose less/not make as much with the hulk if you buy it brand new. Buy whichever one you like more, as they should both retain or gain value well over time. What prices are the watches at?

Buying a new Rolex and hoping it will hold it's value is an exercise in futility. buy on the secondary market and let somebody else take the first depreciation If that's all you're worried about. I have a Whiteface Daytona and love it if I spent all day hoping I can get my money out of it if I ever decide to sell it (Which I won't it's earmarked for one of my children) I would drive myself crazy. I have the say I'm not much for stainless steel subs but the Hulk is growing on me I actually woke up thinking about it the other day... Maybe time to go give it another look.

The 2005 Daytona may need a servicing.

Have you considered this?

Forget value. I repeat: forget value. At the end of the day, the difference will be negligible.

Buy what you like.

Hulk, if the Daytona is 2005...
Different story if it's less than couple years old.

For me LVc, but that's because I like a date on the watch.

Both great pieces--certainly a personal decision you need to make.

in my opinion the Daytona is not for everyone for example Im 6'0" tall 195 LBS the Daytona looks kinda small on me, it has no date which i prefer to have and it has a function the chronograph that i don't use... So I prefer The HULK 100% good luck
