31mm Datejust Confusion?

Hi All,

Ive been and am presently interested in a 31mm Datejust. I have agonized over the 36mm cause it " didn't look too bad and after considerable try on time, grew on me". But in retrospect, the 31mm looked best. As crazy as this sounds, I want to start an automatic watch wardrobe. Currently I have all Quatrz models/SS Bracelets:
Omega: Seamaster Black, Ladies, date, black dial
Burburry: 29mm Pink dial, date.
Tag: 28 mm Aqua Racer with MOP, stick dial, SS Bracelet, date
CG Guess: 32mm, MOP, date, ceramic white...summer fun watch.

I would like to commemorate the next stage in my life (singlehood), ok ok, freedom, with a Rolex, 31mm. I did try on 36mm but in the end decided the 31mm looked best and I hope I have another 40 yrs before the watches have to be willed away. LOL

I am looking at one day owning 2 Datejusts, one with black dial, and one with Silver Roman numerals with white or MOP dial. The white dial with Oyster bracelet with scattered diamond bezel or perhaps a 2ndary market for this.

My 1st choice:

Black stick dial with Jubilee bracelet and fluted bezel....

2nd Choice: the rest.. either a white silver numeral dial with oyster bracelet and smooth bezel with or without scattered diamonds in smooth bezel..aka Statdust bezel

3rd Choice: Oyster bracelet, with white or MOP roman numerals, and get after market dial for the watch.

Almost a Rolex owner..just being too rational to get there quick. LOL

Any thoughts or common sense ideas you might like to share....
