Another vote for Kerns in Burlingame. If you don't venture out of downtown SF, there's the Rolex boutique in Westfield SF Center on Market St.

I think the "Rolex boutique" is actually part of Tourneau with Rolex signs all over it. When I was looking at a piece there in the past in lieu of a discount they were giving 10% Tourneau store credit, they also have a door that opens back into the main Tourneau.

As for selection though, you can't beat that store they have (almost) everything.
