What's everyone's Pro's and Con's on the 116713? I love mine and do not have any gripes about it. Anyone put different bands or straps to change it up?

I'm not a TT guy, but if I was, that would be the one.

Always on bracelet for me.

I've seen some great looking bands but prefer to keep it on the original bracelet.

Personally don't like straps o bands but whatever you like...sounds like you are a little bored with it...this happens occasionally you felling will return :)

What's not to like? One of the best TT's out there, IMO.

Only pros for me, actually a glidelock would be suhweet.
I'm looking at strap options at the moment, Isorane is in the running but I have ss.
I would leave the tt be.

The 116713 is one of the sickest looking Rolexes made, TT or not.

Honestly, the only con I can come up with is if you don't like PCLs. But if you're looking at the GMT your facing PCLs anyway.

I'm not a strap guy but a member recently posted a pic of a 116713 on a strap and it looked really good. Would have posted a link but the pic is no longer there.

Sorry it took so long to get back to my own post I've got to go play on the boat all day. I do get the itch to have a little change with straps and bands. I currently have k straps making a calf skin strap for it. And I have a PAM on the horizon

...best Rolex model I've ever owned. No complaints whatsoever. I did have the bracelet brushed by Rolex and the rate adjusted a bit. Perfect watch for me.

Wow, Rolex brushed the PCLs on your 116713? I didn't think they would do anything that strayed from the original configuration.

Please post a pic. I've been wanting to see what the gold PCLs look like brushed.

Dang.... I didn't read the gold part of the OP's question.

I have the SS version.

But with respect to the brushing, I was unable to find an AD here in SoCal that was willing to do the work, and of course the RSC also refused. So while visiting Denmark recently, I found an AD/full service center in Copenhagen to do the brushing for approximately 50 USD. It came out absolutely perfect.

I'm not sure I'd want to do the brushing to a gold model however.
