Changing from bracelet to strap - how to?

I am curious if you AP enthusiasts know of a way to change the bracelet of a ROO to a strap / visa versa besides taking it to an AP boutique.

I recently changed my Panda from bracelet to strap and as I'm about to go on a trip, am thinking that I'd rather have it back on the bracelet so that I can take it in the water.

Rather than going back and forth to AP, is there a preferred method or should I keep torturing myself and my bank account every time I go in there?

Thx

The plots that hold the strap/bracelet on the watch head can be unscrewed and replaced with the other set of plots.

Swapping straps is a bit more difficult as you need two screwdrivers or a Bergeon tool...one to hold one side in place and the other to loosen/tighten.

Have AP do it Alex, the strap changing on AP's is a bit difficult. To be safe, they have the proper tools to swap it.

How much do they charge for every change of strap?

It's not hard to change but the screws are initially VERY tight because of the loctite. After the initial change, the subsequent changes become a breeze. I did damage two screw heads when I removed the rubber strap from my Diver to replace it with the bracelet so had to order two replacement screws (old ones were still ok to use but head was a bit deformed) for $7 each.
