milgauss ? ordering dial

This is my first post. Question. i have a new milgauss i purchased in november or december last year, it is the black dial, if i went to my authorized dealer and wanted to order the white dial, would rolex sell it to me and would they take my other dial as a trade. i like the while the best because of how it glows in 2 different colors in the dark. Thanks in advance. Joe

You would probably have to send your watch to Rolex for the change of the dial and they will keep your old dial and probably give you credit of sorts toward the new dial. At least that my understanding of how it would work.

Welcome to TRF!

I believe you can have your AD swap the dial if you like the white dial better. But the AD or RSC would keep the other dial.

Good luck!

I can tell you this. I was in switzerland a few years ago and had them switch out a black dial that I had on a few of my watches and they actually gave me both faces back in two individual rolex dial tins which was really cool. The problem is if I ever get those watches serviced, Rolex is sure to put the original face back on and keep my old faces.
