Hello everyone,

thinking of taking a summer trip out to Dubai, heard that there are good discounts out there for buying all sorts of watches.

in particular, if someone could kindly advice: looking for a full size Yachtmaster, either in SS/18KYG or SS/Pt.

oh, by the way, thats talking about the older style YM, not the brand new one.

Welcome to TRF, Alan!

Both the SS/YG and SS/PL YM's are stunning watches, so I suggest you try both on and go for the one that appeals most to you.

Personally, I love the YM in SS/PL.

Have a nice stay in Dubai, and be sure to post pics of the Rolex you get!

welcome to the forum.

about dubai, i keep hearing prices are lower in the US than in dubai.
i am going there in march and will check the prices there as well.

I pass through Dubai every 90 days heading back to the US and there are 2 AD's in Dubai that I know of. 1 in the airport itself, on the first floor, along with other watch manufactorers and the second one is in the "City Center" on the second level. There maybe more but I do not know about them. The AD in the City Center seemed equal to the US AD's, and they also were willing to discount, but I did not buy, only looking. There are people on this forum from Dubai who will have much more information than I do.
