How tight or loose is correct on a sub bracelet?
Mine is a little loose, but not flopping around, it will slide up or down my wrist with arm movement, but doesn't spin around at all. It is a little looser than my other watches, but just alittle. My gut feeling is it needs to be tighter, but that may change this summer once it gets hot and humid out.
Any comments???

I wear my watches so that I can put my little finger under the clasp. To it is a fairly snug fit, but not too tight.

I agree with Bo - that is typically a comfortable but not too tight fit.

I agree with Bo. Too loose and your movement doesn't have as much a positive effect on the self-winding mechanism.

not only that but your bracelet will have more strech in a shorter amount of time the more loose you wear it.

I just got my 2 back from service. I have been wearing them both around the house so...1- I can look like a pimp and 2- To test the accuracy of both of the "new" watches. One, I can fit my pinky under, so it's a little snug. The other, I can fit my index finger under...it's loose, but feels better. As the day goes on, they both tend to fit differently. I'd say it's somewhere in-between... and whatever is comfortable for the wearer.

This is a perfect fit, Dave. I find it to be fine in any kind of weather.

Take your member and stick it between the band and your wrist. IF it fits, it is perfect

Well I'll be dipped JJ I looked at your picture and thought that is too loose for me but when I tested it my finger and watch was exactly like yours. I learned my lesson not to second guess JJ ever again even if only for a second.

Surely this is a question only you can answer? There is no "correct" method or magical formula to apply in determining how tight you should wear your watch. It's kind of like asking how tight you should wear your belt.

What's "correct" for me might not be "correct" for you.

JJ loves his looser than I. Take 1/2 off of JJ's looseness and that is a perfect fit for me. I want no head movement of the watch as I want optimal winding and charging to take place, and I do not want bracelet stretch.

I've found that over time I've adjusted all my watches snug rather than loose. When your body swells your watch will be a little tight but that's a rather short period of time each day while typically it fits perfect the remainder of the time. Note: I wear my watches over the wrist bone, close to the hand. When swelling occurs [from heat, get yo' minds out of the gutter

] I can just move the watch back past the wrist bone for more room.

Plus you can use the micro adjustments for seasonal changes.
