EasyLink fine adjustment

I know the band has a 5mm adjustment built in, but how many mm is it when you move the pin forward or backward inside the clasp?

To me the easy link is pointless. When I had a gmt c. And used the easy link it always made the bracelet to big. I'm sure it works for others but didn't for me.

Moving it in the clasp is only 1 or 2 mm i think

The EZ link isn't for fine adjustment.. It is for temporary comfort adjustment to adapt to natural changes in your body..

The inner clasp micro-adjustment depends on the bracelet.. Earlier clasps were 3mm between holes; some of the newer bracelets are slightly less.

I am trying to do a fine adjustment and just wanted to know how much different the pin adjustment is than the link adjustment.

I have one of the latest model EXPIIs and it appears the distance between holes is 2mm. I have 7.25" wrists, have four links on the 6:00 side and six links on the 12:00 side plus the 1/2 link "easylink". The micro adjustment pin was originally in the middle hole and after a few days I decided it was too snug. Opening the easylink made it feel better but just slightly too loose. I moved the pin to the last hole and it was perfect for me. After two months of wear I don't think I've ever had to open the easylink.
