The Elusive WG Daytona Panda
This watch is surprisingly hard to find.
The legend DavidSW is on the hunt. And I've been looking for what feels like a long time. Longer than usual for me. I would/could not have done it at certain times. But the moment is perfect. The valleys have turned into peaks. Hard to find. But I'm sure it will show itself sooner or later. It will be mine. But damn, I'm shocked at how rare they are.

This might seem absurd but since wg daytona are pretty easy to find and seem reasonably priced on the second hand market you might want to consider just buying any wg daytona and sourcing the panda dial. Might end up cheaper as well. Glad to see things are moving in the right direction for you.

I agree. I've traded two of those dials in the past. A wg Daytona just sold
In a local auction for $16.7k... You could put the watch together for $18k Or less... |

Agree, you don't see me many. Seems like the black dial is most common.
It is a spectacular watch, good luck and congrats in advance! |

Very serious. It's been a challenge. Lots with a leather strap. Otherwise, not do much.

Sadly yes. It didn't last long.
It wasn't the smurf. It's amazing. It was me. Lol. I sound like I'm talking to a soon to be ex. I loved it. But I don't miss it. Wearing a 114060 and it suits me perfect. This Daytona will close out the modest collection. Me love it long time. I hope.

Ha. Are you serious? 6 of those, and the only 6 with the panda dial, are from the same seller. And he is also selling it here on TRF. He is a gentleman and selling at a great pice. I am seriously considering it, as we have spoken. But certain details, at this moment, are not exactly what I am looking for. At this price point, for me, I am getting somewhat specific.
