Blue Dial Question

Does anyone know if the color of the blue dial on the DJ2 116300 is identical to the blue dial on the Yacht Master 116622?

Nope...The YM one is a bit darker IMHO and also prefer it. It is a spectacular looking dial in person!

It could just be the pictures on the internet, but it seems like the blue stick dial is darker than the blue roman dial. Was thinking the blue stick dial was comparable to the YM dial....I guess not...

I've seen them next to each other and think they ARE the same—the blue YM and the STICK dial DJII, that is. Spectacular dial. It's possible they don't look the same in photos b/c the red hand on the YM makes the blue stick out more, but I'm pretty sure it's the same blue.

What colour references are used?
Do Rolex use PMS numbers (Pantone Matching System)?

The dark stick close to YM perhaps but clearly the RN much lighter.

Beautiful my friend! It looks like the YM dial is the same as the stick. The red gives it a bit of a different look though.

I was trying to comparing the two dials and they look similar. Have to see them side by side to tell for sure. Cheers, my friend!
