Ladies Vintage Bracelets

I have a circa 1910 ladies Rolex that came with 3mm lugs. The holes are so very tiny that I can't imagine there's any spring bars or any other types of bars that might be of use. I've seen some bracelets online that might fit, but they are all fold over types that would mean I'd have to get something to put across the gap.

Does anyone know of pre-made attachments to the lugs that will fold into such a thing? I jury rigged a temporary solution, but I'd really like something that is more even, since I did this with leftover wire and without real tools.

Guidance would be much appreciated. Thanks!
