Hi all,

As my search for the perfect Royal Oak for myself continues, I came across the ROC 39mm.. I have previously ruled out the 15202 due to the poor fit on my small wrist, and although the ROC isn't perfect for that either, it is somehow a little better with the chunkier bracelet wrapping my wrist a little more snugly..

While I deliberate between this and the 15450 which I am also strongly considering, would like to hear your thoughts on this piece.. Am aware of its background due to a brilliant essay Orangedial wrote which I will try and find and link, for eg the non inhouse movement, the dial variations. But would love to hear your thoughts on this, especially compared to the other ROs eg 15300, 15450 etc.

Wristshots, pics and enabling would be more than welcome too!

The ROC is amazing - but if I were to get the 26300, I'd go for the panda dial.

The 26320 at 41mm is slightly roomier on the dial for all the subdials IMHO. Furthermore, I prefer the double hash for the 12 o'clock marker instead of the triangle.

To each his own though, you can't go wrong with either model

I'm probably in the same boat you are. My wrist is 6.5" and I think the only RO I can wear is the 39mm one. Actually looking at the picture, even that seems to hang off of your wrist a bit. I have to have a chrono so am patiently waiting for the day I see one in person and can try it on. And from what I've seen in pictures, if you can get the panda, that's a beautiful watch

39mm 15300 - 6.5" fairly flat wrist. I think it fits very well. Ordered a 1 1/2 link to see if I can make it fit a but snugger.

I'm still holding out for a 26320 with a Panda dial. I prefer the 41MM ROCs over the 39MM with the exception of the Panda.

I definitely love my Panda ROC, I also have a 6.5" wrist and I think it fits great.

Panda on the 41mm? Interesting idea but don't think it will happen. If it did I would source one for my RG ROC.

Seeing a Panda on the wild about 3 years ago at a Sushi bar in Houston was what first turned me on the AP and ROs specifically.

RE: 41MM Panda ROC - I'm just saying you never know... Panda dials in general are at an all time high regarding desirability (ie PN Daytona etc) so it wouldn't surprise me in the next year or so to refresh the ROC line (also thinking an RG ROC w/ champagne panda dial would be the ultimate)

I think the 39mm ROC is a great watch with beautiful proportions and a perfect size.
