What would you do?

I know, I know. Get whatever I like best. I'm struggling though! So I figured that some third party input might help in my decision making. ;)

I'm trying to pick between the new offshores: grey or black. I also like the ceramic diver.

What would you do?

They only had the FC diver but can source the ceramic for me if I request it.

Cheers!

They're both very nice watches. Since both seem pretty equal in your eyes, I'd lean towards whatever I didn't have in my collection already. Meaning if you already have a couple of nice black dial watches (that are keepers), I'd lean towards the gray. The black one is probably more versatile and has better contrast (if that's an issue with you), but I've got a gray dialed PAM 121 with a gray leather strap that looks great and is pretty unique. Obviously, you can't go wrong with either choice.

Grey is my favorite of new 42mm steel pieces, and looks great on you.

I think this is kind of where I am. I think the grey would also look great on a black strap; rubber and leather.

The new ROOs look really good on the wrist.

Ceramic Diver. Beautiful piece and unique. However, you really can't go wrong with any of these beautiful watches.

The Black and Red ROO is the nicest among the 42mm new ROOs IMHO. Elegantly sporty, unmistakably masculine.

Depends on what else is in the stable. If you have a AP chrono, then ceramic diver if not then the black/red (the best out of the new 42mm pieces IMO).

Good Luck and let us know !!!! With pics of course

Between black n grey I will say the black one as I find the grey one very depressing dull and monotone when I saw it in the flesh - unless your fav color is grey- the black one is classic easy to wear with anything and red tones on the watch and the strap is a nice cool touch.
