Thoughts on this 1680 White Sub
Hi everyone, I viewed this watch today and would like to seek some opinions on it. It has a 5 million serial number which dates this to 1978. One of my concerns is that the case has been polished incorrectly. It is priced fairly to reflect this at $5300. Thank you in advance for your help.

I wish I had customers who thought that an average 1680 head was "priced fairly" at only $5300.

I'd let this one pass, OP. Too many things wrong. It's definitely a below average example.

Many collectors would call this a 1680 mk III white dial. I agree with Michael above. The hands don't match the dial, the second hand is missing the tritium, the pearl is missing the tritium, and there appears to be damage to the 9 o'clock lume bar. I am not seeing a $5,300.00 here.

My error, a 91350 bracelet is included with an acceptable amount of stretch.

Way better examples available at this price.
Research and you will find. Look up the sticky of trusted vintage sellers and send them a PM. This example above is all wrong. |
