new polar flow... (fitness tracker)
im a pretty big health/workout nut. i usually train 6 days per week. mixed lifting and cardio. i figured i would try this thing out. $88 from amazon. the best part is it pairs with their heart rate monitors to further make the tracking more accurate. highly programmable for max vo2, hr max and minimum etc. (you need to have a test done to get those numbers)$55 for the monitor. water resistant, deployment type clasp. really comfortable. i recommend it so far..... oh, also i have an 8" wrist for reference. |

I am a polar HRM user as well. Your monitor is certainly different from the others Polar offer.
FTR: I use Polar RC3 GPS. |

Yeah, this is a "fitness tracker" that also happens to be able to monitor your HR to help with more accurate data. In a nutshell it's supposed to tell you how many steps, how many calories burned, etc. It doesn't log technical workout info like the other ones.
I have had this one for about 5 yrs. http://www.polar.com/us-en/products/...isport/RS800CX It's a bad ass unit with way more tech than I actually need... Lol I'm to the point now I just need to see my HR so I can control my cardio/workout for fat burning.. |
