Winding question

New to AP so trying to figure out if this is normal or a problem:

1. When wining the watch manually (15300), it has a steady feel of tiny clicks, looking in the back it seems to be the little spring bar holding the mainspring so it doesn't unwind, I assume this is normal.

2. When screwing the crown back in it still feels like I am winding it.

Not sure how well it is winding as it stopped earlier and I have been walking around and active all day. Not sure how wound it was when I went to sleep so I assume it may have just been low. Gave it 30 or so turns and it is running perfect again...

Thoughts?

Tiny clicks when winding and also when screwing the crown is normal on 15300 caliber.
