I'm learning how to tell the moody ones... the lug shoulders look wrong to me (not square enough), but other telltales looks ok? What are the killers on this one?

I would say "new with defects" is a red flag, as is the $187. price. But I'm no expert.

Seller has 81.8% positive feedback and disclaims authenticity. Is also a huge red flag.
