At the price they charge for the YG and WG Daytona's I would expect any dealer would be happy to order you one.
I'm sure this will be the case with the Rose Gold. The hard to get S/S model is do to the low price and scarce amount of them that Rolex makes available, because they sport the same 44 J movement.

Should be no problem to get. They are not to be a limited edition. Price I'm sure will be significant, a white gold model currently lists at $31 K CDN.
