DavidSW Really Goes Beyond

DavidSW delivers again in my third transaction with the gentleman. I recently traded for a used Panerai Luminor Submersible and received a watch that looked brand new. I received the watch overnight as promised.

Furthermore when I received the watch, I had some trouble getting the timepiece working. I emailed David right away and he advised that I call him immediately. He gave me some advice and then recommended I send the watch back to him so that his watchmaker could fix the issue. He, of course, offered this to me at no cost. He told me he tested the watch before sending it and would fix the situation without issue.

After speaking with him, I put the watch on my wrist and it started right up and has been keeping perfect time since then. I am sure if there was any error it was on my part. He advised I keep an eye on the piece and let him know if there were any issues. As someone who enjoyed the AD experience I can assure you after getting three watches from DavidSW, I will never again deal with anyone else.

He is professional and a gentleman.
