I think just a picture from a 1601 he also sells slipped into this auction. Rest seems ok, just don't know why anybody would modify a dial with diamonds to make it ugly. Makes no sense.

I don't think theres anything wring with that watch apart from an ugly dial modification. The pic from the 1601 seems like an error.
