Secure trackable shipping from USA to UK?

Never sold a watch to UK, any thoughts on best method to verify delivery, etc.?

All of the major shippers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) have tracking. Now if you want insurance also, that's a different story. New rules state that for anything valued over $2499, the sender must have a Proof of Filing Citation and Employer Identification Number. Third party insurers like parcel pro also require that you have these credentials to utilize their service on an international basis. Intl has become a real pain!

my 1680 came from New York to Scotland & i was able to track the whole way.

even down to the signature

that was fedex

Fed Ex or DHL there must be lots of carriers that can do this.
