I wont comment on the dial without better pics...
A correct DRSD should have the partial or full serial number engraved on the case back. This example with Rolex around the case back rather than across could be a later transitional example, but without the serial number on the inside, makes me believe it is not original to the watch. Beginning to think its a put together example.
