How many panerai watches are released each year? And how that compares to Rolex, ap etc?

I've done a brief search and see wildly different answers so I thought I'd ask the true wis(e)

I think it's up to 150,000 as a maximum. Possibly 100,000.
Rolex is over 1 million
AP is probably around 100,000 maximum.
Again if any know better please correct me
