Thoughts on this GMT Master 16700?

Looking around for a GMT Master I found one locally, pictured below. No box or papers, but it's been given an overhaul and comes with a 2 year warranty from the seller. Can get it for $4250, does that seem like a good price? Sorry for the limited pics, they're all I've got to go on.

The bezel insert looks a little off to me, and in any case the 16700 never came with Black/Red as an option, so it's some kind of replacement, genuine or otherwise. Bracelet looks a bit wonky, too. If it's all real then the price is good, but more opinions are needed here.

Huh, interesting, I didn't know the 16700 never came with a coke bezel insert. I know what you mean by off, it's the little "lines" perpendicular to the end of the numbers right? Font is different from the "stick" style numbers on other inserts. I've seen it before, but I think usually on 16760's (which, I've read, only came with the coke insert).

That's a serif font, which is fine for a U serial, it's just that the line through the six usually cuts exactly though the circular part of the numeral, and some of the edges (like the 4 in 14) look a little rough (I looked at larger pics on the website).

I bought a 1999. A serial 16700. Dial is Swiss. One owner box, papers for about that price. Great watch
