FS: Rolex GMT Master II - rare 16760 Fat Lady reference, recently serviced
I'm regrettably letting go of this recently acquired GMT Master II in pursuit of another piece. This is a fairly uncommon reference, produced only from about 1983-88, which used a thicker case than the GMT Masters following it due to the 3085 movement it housed. Because of this it's nicknamed the "Fat Lady" case. The watch was serviced in October 2014 (documentation included, dial/hands are service replacements) and is running very strong and winding smoothly. Original date wheel with the beautiful open 6 and 9 font is present, and it is on the original jubilee bracelet (based on clasp code date). The bracelet has some stretch but is perfectly wearable, but I also have incoming a solid link jubilee bracelet that I'll include with the sale. Swap the Rolex clasp and end links to it for an OEM look without further wear on the original bracelet.
I'm looking to get $4575 shipped in the CONUS for it, net to me, paid via bank transfer. I have Bank of America and Chase for free and instant transfers, or I can accept a regular wire, money order, etc. I have many positive feedbacks as a seller and trader (NO TRADES on this one though) and can provide references. Please feel free to contact me with any questions! |
