Ben Bridge is a Rolex AD, so if you're looking for peace of mind and an extended warranty, I'd say go with them!

I guess buying from Ben Bridge at least guarantees authenticity for your money, and a proper fit. If their in your neighborhood, they're also a convenient place for service. If your branches are anything like the one in the Ala Moana Center in Hawaii, once you buy from them they KYA and clean your watch whenever you stop by.

Anytime

As for discounting, it depends on the AD and model. Worth a try in asking!

Here in my neck of the woods, Ben Bridge doesn't give discount.

During summer time, BB, has a promotion in which you can pay off the watch within a year, interest free.

I have used Ben Bridge for purchasing and submitting my Rolex for service at Rolex in Beverly Hills. I am always impressed with their customer service. The employees are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Needless to say they have earned my trust, which has helped give me piece of mind. I have bought two Rolex watches from them and if I ever choose to purchase another, chances are I will use Ben Bridge.

They have also ignited my new interest in the SS Daytona. Quite a remarkable story and even more remarkable and lengthy waiting list :/

Good luck with your pursuit!

Discount? I went to BB last fall, I offered them about 10% less, the sales person said "They won't come down THAT much". I would ask for sure.

Sorry, forgot to address the discount issue. No discount for the purchases, however they might knock the sales tax off, depending on what state your in???

I usually avoid large chain AD's like BB and Torneau. The manager at Jared told me no discounts on the Rolex sports line, even the Exp II's. I feel I get better attention and discounts at mom and pop ADs.

They won't discount the SS models. Expecially the model you are purchasing.

The good thing about BB is if you live in West US they have stores in most major cities.

Try lookin up other AD's in your area (use the Rolex website), then call each one and ask for discounts and availability. I usually find that mom and pop AD's will give some discounts, esp. after you meet them face to face and pay cash.

Ben Bridge Seattle

I was just in Ben Bridge downtown, seattle, today getting another watch repaired. While I was waiting the salesperson was pressing me after watching me look at the rolexes, so I offered "right now discount the sales tax and the deal is done." She got quiet, said they can't do that and gave up. Not even a hint of a counter offer.

no discounts on Rolex sport watches.

barely a discount on other Rolex models.

they are very trustworthy, BUT hardly give discounts.

No discounts on any Professional Model.

3 Year warranty on the movement and crown/stem only, nothing on the outside of the watch is covered as it is subject to normal wear and tear.

BB takes care of their customers. They want to make customers for life.

A couple times a year they have a Time & Time Again Watch Show that includes older models and refurbished trade-ins that are up to 40% off and are eligible for 12 months 0 interest.

I bought mine at BB in Brea, Cal.

The lady there told me that no AD's are allowed to give discounts. Rolex sets the price and if anyone does deviate from that price they risk losing AD status.

Whether or not that's true, I have no idea...

True

The prices at Ben Bridge are what Relex says to sell them for. The associate Can discount but if they dont get fired first Rolex might pull them all!

Rolex can sell their ss for all gold prices and they would sell. That's not their goal though. Their goal is to offer the finest watch regardless of price.

Ben Bridge is very reputable which is why Rolex chose to put their watches in their cases. Heck, theyre owned by Warren Buffet!

BB can claim to be the largest Rolex dealer in the nation because they have the most accounts open!

An AD like BB makes it worth going through them. Forget Ebay, it isn't worth it.

BB is very reputable from my experience. I've never asked for a discount but friends have told me the answer is invariably "no". I would never expect any AD to admit to discounting over the phone. If you're face to face with cash in hand it never hurts to push for one.

Good luck.

Ben Bridge does not give discounts and in my experience lies concerning it with the "Rolex won't allow us to discount." line.

They will never get my business. However...
I went to the Ben Bridge in Honolulu with my Buddy who has a horrific after market bracelet on his 5513 Sub. Ben Bridge agreed to work on it and ordered him the correct bracelet. The other AD we went to refused to touch it and were rude.

The customer service was nice, but thier lack of discounts keeps me away.
