information about 69138 and 79138

Would appreciate answers to some questions about Oyster Perpetual Lady Datejust models 69138 and 79138

I would like to decode reference # R6913883GB8570 (circe 1989-1990)

I understand that 79138 followed 69138 sometime around year 2000.

What year did 79138 start using solid gold links and when did they start engraving serial # on the rehaut?

The answer to these questions would be greatly appreciated by me, a fairly new member of TRF and Pledge membership.

R = Rolex
69138 = Lady DJ 26mm, bezel set with brilliants
8 = ful yellow gold
3G = black dial with 10 diamonds
B = bracelet
8570 = super president 13/10 mm

69138 had 2135 caliber, replaced by 79138 in 2000 with caliber 2235.

79138 always had solid gold links, but never had engraved rehaut.

79138 was then replaced by 179138 (new case) in 2002, and this one got engraved rehaut later on (around 2007).

What does caliber 2135 and caliber 2235 mean?
Additionally, can a diamond bezel from a 69138 be placed on a 79138 or a 179138 or are the bezel measurements different and therefore incompatible.

Bezel will fit 79138 not sure about the newer one sorry alpino likely knows. The numbers are movement reference number 2235 is newer

2135 and 2235 are the movements , it's the engine of your Watch. 2235 is a more recent and upgraded version of te 2135.

Bezel are common to the 69138 and 79138, using same ref#. It have 40 brilliants.
On the 179138, bezel is set wit 42 brilliants, so it's obviously not the same. Not sure if they are swappable, but I think they aren't.
