Incoming!! Na na na na na batman!

Good Afternoon!

You may have seen a few of my previous whats your opinion threads on these two watches threads...

I have been trying to decide on a rolex for over two months. Having tried on nearly all of the common ones I thought I was set on a Hulk. On Sunday popped into my AD to buy and sat in the window was a BLNR. Having seen loads of photos on here I had ruled it out. Pictures do not do this watch justice. Having tried it on I was completely torn. The sales man said that there was a waiting list of 6-8 people and that he had called them all and no one had returned his calls so he'd stuck it in the window. Not wanting to rush the decision I left the shop and thought about it. When I woke up the next morning all I could think about was the BLNR.

Not really realising that they are pretty hard to get hold of, I went shopping in a different town, popped into the AD there and was told they didn't have one and I'd have to join a waiting list. Being a couple hours from home I called all the ADs on the route home and none of them had one. Realising I was pretty lucky with the one I'd tried on I called back and asked him to hold it for me.

So happy that I stumbled upon this watch by chance! once purchased I asked for a brochure and he handed me a mitt full including the magazine!

Thank you all for your advice

This is easily the most informative and friendly internet community I've been a part of!

Enough of the words, here are some pics!!

Congrats, it is awesome!

Though I own a new black bezel GMT Master II, I covet this watch! I may end up getting it, though I'm reluctant to have two watches the same model with the only difference being the color of the bezel.

I still think I'll end up doing it before the year is up, though.

Enjoy!
