Yes, the Ref. 1530 and 1630.
Here is a pic of two 1530's. The one of the left is clearly overbuffed. Note the special rehaut with minute track on it: Click here to read more about them.

Is the seller legit, Steven?
If so, and the watch is in good condition, I'd agree with Thani. Go fetch that Rolex asap.

it is already gone, but yes it was a local guy who I had bought from in the past.I am so angry with myself, that just shows you-knowledge is power.Had I know more about the model I could have gotten the deal of the year(for me).
oh well at least I received a little knowledge out of the deal. |

There was one near mint 1530 '75 silver dial (note it's only a "Date", not "Datejust") in the bay just 1 week ago. Went for US$6350.
BTW John (jac67) is selling his TT 1630 here. |

Steve, you hit the nail on the head, knowledge is EVERYTHING!!!
Thank you Kai. Yes I am. It is in PERFECT condition. Serviced by Rolex Japan, and worn only a couple of times. Go to Sales corner, if interested. You will note that this bracelet is UNIQUE to the 1630 ONLY. There are three gold centre, whereas in the 17013 (Oyster Quartz TT), there are only two centre gold links! Hers's a pic: John. |
