Show Commerce - Turin
Hi guys,
Does anyone have an email contact address for Ricardo at Show Commerce in Turin. I've read good reports about these guys but I've tried to contact them by phone and through Chrono24 and have had no response to either. They have a piece that I am very ineterested in but cannot make contact. Any help much appreciated. Cheers |

Unless you are after a hard to find vintage Rolex, I would look elsewhere.
Do you really want to do business with someone who doesn't respond to you? And then send them money and wait for a watch from them?

I have also read good reviews and it's meant to be a trustworthy business. I spoken to them on the phone and exchanged emails ([email protected]), but in the end I didn't buy from them so I cannot vouch personally.

I've heard some horror stories regarding Chrono24 purchases from Italy and especially communicating with the sellers. The prices are appealing but I would either go there in person or avoid. The savings isn't worth the risk IMO

All very fair comments guys. They have exactly the model I am after at an excellent price and I have only previously heard good things about them. I dealt with Plus Watch in Italy recently and they were great, good communication and a two day delivery to the UK.
I'll try him again on the phone otherwise, as you say, I'll walk away. Cheers guys. |

By the way from what I remember they were finding it harder to source Rolexes and another grey dealer from Turin has removed them completely from their website. If it is a new rolex you are after, there is no guarantee they can actually get it. Just because it is on their website does not mean it is in stock, it can take them weeks to source it.

I am heading to Turin in a few weeks and will drop by and check them out in person. When I have emailed them previously, Ricardo has always replied very swiftly.

Riccardo is a good guy but it's really not worth the risk buying unseen and then having it sent to you from Italy, I would just fly over and pick up in person. Another way is to approach Official Watches, as Dino knows Riccardo very well and he can get the watch for you from him for a finder's fee and it is an easy return if the watch isn't right.
