Well done!! Congrats. And the Sistem51 will do a great job holding you over until you re-build the collection. I have the same version and love it.

Congrats on the new house!
My wife and I bought our first house a little over three years ago (about 2.5 years out of college). It's been great, but man, there is always something to put money in to. All the best!

Refreshing and I applaud you! Home ownership can be a handful but it's rewarding having your own

Rookie mistake JJ. Should have bought a new Rolex and a block of ice, a fan, and some matches. Place fan in front of ice during summer, then slowly burn trees you steal from your neighbors all winter

Congrats! We bought our first home 5 years ago. It sure beats paying rent. You had quite a collection there, I'm sure it won't be long until another Rolex comes your way.

I could have probably held off on the purchase for another year, but my fiancé wouldn't have been thrilled at my choice!
