Rolex Oxymoron
Introduced in 1945, it is the ultimate Rolex classic. The world’s first self-winding wristwatch chronometer to display the date in a window. The first Rolex equipped with the distinctive Cyclops lens for easy reading of the date. The most versatile and customisable Rolex model.A timeless archetype of style, precision and reliability. The Rolex Way.
The main word we need to look at here is customisable, firstly misspelled, secondly, if you 'customize' it, you are essentially blacklisted and Rolex won't want to touch your watch. Any Rolex interpreters out there? |

Outside of North America, it is spelt Customise FYI
Also, I think what they meant is that between all the dial, bezel and bracelet options, you can really tailor the DateJust to whatever your heart desires! |

Customisable is correct. It's an alternative to customizable. Depends on the style guide used by the publisher. (It's not a US/UK thing, as is often claimed).

Those are American/British English examples, but the "S" and "Z" difference is not. British newspapers were using the "Z" form back in the 19th century. The Oxford English Dictionary switched from "S" to "Z" in the 1990s. Some words never take the "Z" though, such as advertise.

We need to make English more complex. It's simply too simple.

The word is customisable, no zed. It's in the Rolex literature!

Interchangeable spelling aside, it's also not an oxymoron.

The more I hang out here, the more I like Adam! The man knows! But yeah, you can customize it, from the factory!
