Have them replaced at service time by Rolex, cannot understand why you would want a new dial crystal and hands on a 11 year old watch.

ty to reply!!
last year, I broke the crystal and damage the dial and hands !! I made the cleaning of the movement and the review, I replaced the crystal with a aftermarket, but there is a scratch on the dial and the hands .. Now I would change the dial scratched and aftermarket glass with one original |

I would get it serviced by Rolex and have them change the parts at the same time. You'll save on labour costs that way.

If you contact the Rolex Service Centre they should be able to give you secure mailing instructions.

Agree with Adam but you must follow there instructions to the letter, afraid its only Rolex that could supply the parts. Have it serviced it will cost you but then you will have a watch as good as new, and good for another 10 years plus of wearing before needing any service.
