It looks legit, but there are a couple things I don't like about that watch:

1. The bezel finish looks off. It is missing the trademark "radial" brushed finish pattern, and looks to be totally matte/bead blasted in those pics.

2. The bezel is not seated correctly. You can clearly see that the numbers on the bezel do not line up as they should.

3. From the picture of the bottom of the case, the inner lugs look a bit chewed up, and there appears to be a decent ding/flat-spot on the side opposite the crown.

Also, I would personally want one with the original Oyster bracelet, not just some cheapo leather strap. YMMV.
