Peace of mind when selling
What risks does the seller have in a private watch sale?
I'm thinking of privately selling one of my watches (up until now I've only ever traded in to an AD). The watch is darn near close to LNIB and still has most of the factory warranty remaining. The only issue that I am worried about would be if the buyer changed his mind and demanded a refund. I know private transactions are "as is", and of course I would provide as many pictures as needed, but I am genuinely curious if there is any risk involved for the seller once he or she receives the wire and the watch reaches the destination in the described condition? |
