Fabulous! How can anyone argue that these '80s-early '90s sport Rolexes are not vintage just because they have gloss dials and WG hour markers? Great "vintage" GMT!

You're right! Those watches are now 20-30 years old. I like to call them "NEO VINTAGE." Honestly they're my preferred "vintage" to collect. Compared to true vintage, they're way more affordable. Also, compared to models from '50s-'70s, they're less likely to have been tinkered with/have non-original parts. Further, many are still in the possession of original owners, so there's a high likelihood of scoring an honest piece (like this one!)

Hey Thanks! Hopefully a minor facelift to the site soon; the content will remain pretty-much unchanged. Gonna be a busy and fun year on Watch Patina!

Nice watch its my personal favorite having bought one new as a teenager and still wearing it after all these years. A minor note if you look at the green paper holder it indicates it came from the factory on a jubilee 62510 bracelet.

Saw that Nick.....according to the selling authorized dealer the bracelet was swapped at the time of purchase, in favor of a 93150/580.
