New Rolex bracelets loose or tight?

Hi all,

I bought a Deep Sea Dblue with bracelet 98210 with polished buckle in last December. I find that the bracelet is looser than the one on my black DS which has the same 98210 bracelet but a different sandblasted buckle. Does anyone experience this as well? Are the new bracelets with polished buckle looser than before? (For example the safety clasp swings easily when opened while the one my my black DS does not swing back and forth).
