1016 vs 114270 springbar case clearance
Hi all,
does any body know if there is a difference in the amount of clearance between the springbars and case between an explorer 114270 and a 1016? I currently own the former but I'm thinking a 1016 on leather might be sweet. I am going to order a strap to try out with my current watch because I have only worn bracelets until now. I have seen pictures of problems with clearance when people put straps on their 114270 I'm guessing the 1016 has more clearance but not sure. Thanks |

I think both the 1016 and the 14270 have more clearance than the 114270.

Seeing a 1016 on leather is what made me get one...the oyster is nice but it looks great on leather and very "under the radar" in that combination.
Since TRF is a place full of encouragement...GET ONE! :)
