Stolen Rolex sky dweller

Hello, I hope I'm using the right sub forum to post this, if not, my apologies. My best friend's Rolex sky dweller was stolen by a girl that calls herself Amelia supposedly from New Yok and currently in Los Angeles with a (201) 292-5315 cell phone number on Sunday February 14th in Brentwood area. The serial number of the watch is 2215K1R5 , the style number is 326939 , dial is ivory Roman and the bracelet number is 724219. I thought it may be useful to post this just in case someone could help. Amelia has dirty blond hair, 5'5" with hazel brown eyes. she passed herself as Polish. If any one has any info on her , please contact me at 310-880-9005. Mel

Thank you

We met her at Hyde restaurant and bar. We all went back to my buddy's place at around 3 am. Once we arrived she went straight to the bedroom acting as if she was not feeling well and went to sleep. My buddy took off his Rolex and placed it on the nightstand opposite side of her . At around 7 Am she got up and was in a rush to leave. My buddy dropped her off by andaz hotel on sunset . He just realized today that the watch was gone. All you single guys out there, be very careful.

That truly sucks. Hope the cops can catch her. Perhaps scour the pawn shop and craigslist?

Been reading a ton of similar stories like this in local NYC papers lately. That's a NJ area code (201). Hope it works out and your friend gets his watch back.

Go to the restaurant if you have not already done this and ask if they can get their CCTV footage for you. It may help police in their investigation and may be better to do the legwork yourself in case the police are too busy. Contact Rolex with the police report details and have them record the serial numbers as being stolen and as others have said check pawnbrokers, craigslist, ebay etc.
I hope they catch her.

+1 on getting the video feed but please be careful. That *itch knows where you live and who knows what scumbags she deals with.

Stay safe!

Wow.....the good thing though is with this much info and probably an image to go along with this.....she should be apprehended. Sorry for your friend's loss. Dangerous world out there in the dating game.

And maybe you could also give your friend a clip around the ear for being clueless enough to leave his $50K gold watch out on a nightstand when there is a strange person in his room, even if it was HIS. Also, I think the going to the bedroom as she did and then being in a rush to leave should have set some spidey senses off.

Picking a girl up at Hyde. Those girls are all thirsty. Use the skydweller to get them home but would not leave it on a night stand.

wow.... man I have dealt some hookers in my time but always with caution and if I had a $40k rolex that would be in the safe upon my return straight away or kept on my wrist...

was your friend drugged?

you're not alone though, I know guys in my industry who have lost watches... 2 of them were RM's!

I'm thinking next time I go Vegas to wear a very good replica watch and leave it on the side table next time.... see if they falls for it?

I am coming to the conclusion that randy men should not wear a Rolex.

Probably, the girl, who stole your friend's Rolex, is going to sell it as soon as possible.
