Basel 2016 : Expectations of the collector
Today I decided to prompt TRF with a question that every user may answer differently. (Which will make this educational & interesting)
My hopes are that this prompt stirs insight into the true expectations we, the community, expect from the luxury brands we find ourselves chasing! __________________________________________________ __________ If you could have seen your favorite luxury brand bring something new in 2016 what would it be? Why were you disappointed with the results? __________________________________________________ __________ I look forward to learning from what each of our community members think! Thank you to all that respond, -MP |

I'd say new Nautilus models from Patek for the 40th anniversary, but the expectation is they will be announced later in the year. Also, a ceramic bezel Daytona which, I think, looks great.

I thought Hublot had a few killer pieces. Interested to see if the new Rolex Daytona Ceramic Dial is going to change the market on the vintage pieces or just draw negative attention. I personally like it.
