I've had two watches serviced there in the last year. The customer service is fantastic. I've always dealt with Lindsay and she is extremely helpful.
Like the other said, I would use overnight/insured shipping. Put a note in there describing what the watch is doing etc. Put your contact info so they can call you with any questions. The watch will be in good hands. |

I gave mine yesterday in Paris, I must say that the welcome and how they will take care of it seems also fantastic, you see they really care about their customers
