Visit to San Francisco Service Center
Well long story short I had the opportunity to fly down to Phoenix this past Sunday.
I sold my high school car to a buddy 12 years ago when I was going off to college. He was a few years older and at dental school in PDX. He kept it for all these years and maintained it, but didn't really change anything since when I sold it to him. This was the car that I met my wife in, we went to prom together in and my first car that I restored. With all that said I have kicked myself for selling it ever since. I have been reaching out every other year or so for the past 10 years asking if he would ever sell it back and finally he did! I flew down one way and drove from Phoenix to LA, up to San Francisco to get a new bezel insert put on a GMT, visited family in Portland and then home to Washington! Long drive, but so much fun and great to stop by the Service Center in San Fran! |

Thanks everyone. Yes it's a 68' cougar. 302 4bbl c4 transmission with dual 2.5 flowmasters. Sounds awesome :). I could never sneak out in HS though without my parents knowing because it was so darn loud. My friends and I would literally push it down the street in neutral haha.
I had a factory blro that had a black insert on it and they sold me the blro and let me keep my black insert. Told me they were down a few watchmaker's and to let anyone I knew know. Nice place, nice people. Would love to visit again |

If you don't mind, how much did you pay for the blro insert?
Looking to get a black and Coke insert, have the black one installed and keep my blro. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

My experience with the SF RSC has been very good so far.
They authentified and pressure tested my watches.
